I loved the idea of where you were going with this but I think the lighting cost you. With the weight being so far to the left, it can really distort features and (in this case) the limbs. Her arms look thinner and diminished, while the legs (because of the stockings and light) start to fade, with the feet almost completely disappearing, giving the whole subject a wedge appearance. The wall bounced too much light too, creating a real eye pull behind her neck. I think a very small fill up high on the right side (maybe even play with some color) would have kicked this up quite a bit. It's hard a hard call though, you don't want to go flat either.
Of course, I am being really picky here! Brunettes are the hardest to shoot, some like to switch to b&w to avoid the work, but you are being smart in not avoiding the mid-colors. But, those same colors make lighting really difficult, but the easiest to change. I like to shoot and then, just before packing up, move a few lights around and snap a few more, things totally off the wall. I worked on a film in Hollywood with a guy that had just come off a long stint as a Team Photographer with the Lakers and he was trying to avoid being stuck in a rut. He showed me this and it really works. Later on, when I'm reviewing everything (even years later), I get surprised by these and (frequently) they shake up my thinking and give me fresh takes.
I am just speaking about this one shot. Subject, prop, scene, hair/makeup, angle, IMHO you are 98% there, the rest of your stuff is great!
